Who we are

The Fellowship of Responsible Business (FRB) is a UK-based organisation. Our website is currently hosted at frbbuzz.netlify.app and will move to frb.buzz.

What we collect and why

We only collect data that you actively provide to us. There are two ways this happens:

Contact form. When you use our contact form, we collect your name, email address, organisation, and message. This data is processed by Netlify Forms and used solely to respond to your enquiry. We do not add you to any mailing list or use your details for marketing.

Voice widget. Our site includes a voice assistant powered by ElevenLabs Conversational AI. If you choose to use it, your voice data is processed by ElevenLabs during the active conversation only. FRB does not store or have access to your voice recordings. ElevenLabs' own privacy policy governs how they handle that data.

No tracking or analytics

We do not use analytics tools, advertising trackers, or tracking cookies. We do not monitor your behaviour on this site, build profiles, or share data with third parties for marketing purposes.

No marketing emails

We do not send newsletters, promotional emails, or marketing communications. If you contact us via the form, we will respond to your enquiry — that's it. Your email address will not be added to any list or shared with anyone.

UK GDPR and lawful processing

FRB is based in the United Kingdom and operates under the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018.

When you submit our contact form, we process your data on the basis of legitimate interests — specifically, to respond to an enquiry you have chosen to send us. We do not use your data for any purpose beyond that response.

What you're entitled to

Under UK GDPR, you have the right to:

• Access — request a copy of any personal data we hold about you
• Rectification — ask us to correct inaccurate or incomplete data
• Erasure — ask us to delete your data where there is no legitimate reason to keep it
• Complaint — lodge a complaint with the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) if you believe your data has been mishandled

Services we use

We use a small number of third-party services to operate this website:

• Netlify — website hosting and form processing
• ElevenLabs — voice assistant (only active if you choose to use it)

Each service operates under its own privacy policy, linked above. We do not sell or share your data with any other third parties.

Changes to this policy

If we make any significant changes to how we handle data, we will update this page. The date at the top of this page reflects when it was last revised. We will not contact you directly about policy changes, but we will always keep this page current.
